At the Government Council Advisory Meeting Monday night, Bel had been assigned to contact the Ravensheart Academy to ask them to aid the government in restricting Rhy?Din?s magical borders during the RBF Outbreak. Right after the conclusion of the meeting Belial didn?t waste any time and quickly penned a note to the Head Master of the Academy, Briarius Ravensheart.

Rhy?Din is currently under quarantine but we need help securing our borders. Magical portals and other such gateways need to be monitored until the RBF virus is under control.
