::Cadence had noticed the Headmaster's return but didn't come to see him right away. She'd been seriously busy and she had also sensed the emotion rolling off of him that day. It was like some foreboding wave, some tell tale sign of war to come or something. He wasn't in a good mood when he came back. There was something different about him too. That little voice in the back of her mind warned her to just stay away, so she did and gave him some breathing room to figure out things.::
::She had asked one of the Citadel guards about Sha'uri and Lyndra later that day. She hoped they would be okay and sent them both flowers to brighten their day and to let them know she cared and missed them both::
::She kept to herself after that, noting the comings and goings of the Academy. Her ability to do that had grown keenly in the last few months. She even noticed the headmaster leave and come back with that Kairee person, the one she kept acting like whenever she went to the bar.... sitting atop the bar, crossing her spiffy little legs, gossamer wings fluttering sweetly and she'd smile with a twinkle in her pretty blues as she batted her thick dark lashes at people or gave some a wink. If she died her hair, she could very possibly pass for a mini Kairee. She always had fun doing it. It had been a long time since she'd sat atop that bartop::
::But when Gabe came strolling back in, she just couldn't stay away. Last time she saw him was the last time she'd been down near the bar, to which she witnessed something profound happening to her friend::
"You seem as if there is a new cycle in your life, Lieutenant. Do you wish to speak on it or would you rather not?"
::She was up around the ceiling, dusting the corners of cobwebs, when Gabriel came home. She kept quiet as she moved to follow him, silencing herself with magic after making herself invisible. She was much better at doing this nowadays. And so when the headmaster inadvertently distracted Gabriel, she dove in behind Gabe and hugged him from behind like she were going for a piggy back ride, spiffy legs wrapped round him waist and her arms flopped over his shoulders with a big 'ol hug while her gossamer wings fluttered behind her. Obviously, the invisibility and silence were now gone::
Space! It's about time yous brought yous spacey self back here!
::Giggling in Gabe's ear::
Welcome home, Gabriel. I missed yous soOOoo Much!!
