The sun was just rising over the horizon as Headmaster Briarius Ravensheart stood looking over the Academy with his assistant Melody Hearthsglen from the front gatehouse.

"Lady Hearthsglen, this is the proper course of action?", asked the Headmaster, his elven features marked with concern.

"Briarius..." She touched his arm. "...it is the only course of action. We cannot endanger the people of RhyDin, including the students, any longer. This way will protect them.

The Headmaster sighed and put his palm on a black crystal that was inlayed a part of a fresco painted on the walls. Melody placed her hand on a green crystal. Both crystals glowed and all of the other crystals shone with a bright light.

When the light cleared, the Academy was gone. All the stood were the original buildings that Briarius inherited, which included the gatehouse. He had the deeds for the land and was taking them to the Governor later.

He walked up to the former gate and read the inscription carved next to it aloud.

"Live to learn and you will learn to live."

The ravens that were a part of the fresco spoke.

"Those who would cause harm to this sanctuary of learning or it's purpose best flee now."

The small eyes of the painted ravens now shone with a light. A light that seemed to pierce to your very soul.

"Welcome to Ravensheart Academy." The small birds cawed.

The area around the gate shimmered and instead of seeing abandoned buildings, a magnificent university spread out.

"Well...this is it." Briarius said as he passed through the gate.

He wasn't certain if combining his realm of Noledor and the Academy was a wise idea. He had hoped to find a way to make things work within the fabric of RhyDin's reality, but sadly could not. Especially after the attack on Arcanum, he realized that putting the students where he was a deity was the only safe place for them. The portal was set and appropriately warded, secured, and guarded. It was a portal that was divine, arcane, and technological in nature so that one method of attack could not destroy it. It took a lot of effort and work to get to this point and a lot more to hide it from everyone until now. Today, he would go to the Governor and offer the part of land they weren't using to the government. That should keep focus away from the Academy and he could start teaching the public or RhyDin once more. He had to rebuild the staff. He did have his penitents and spirits that could assume corporeal form to do for now, but he wanted to include the community of RhyDin as much as he could.

He shifted reality around him so that he stood where the Academy once was in RhyDin. The soon to be public site held a few buildings and he walked past them with a hint of sadness.

That hint of sadness became much deeper when he approached the old shrine to Corellon. He briefly wondered how everything happened after his "demise". He wondered if she was ever saved. However, he couldn't bring himself to find out. He just couldn't right now. There was too much there that tore at his heart. He was certain that if he was needed, he'd know, so he could only assume it was over...one way or another.

A little time had passed. Noledor seemed to be working well. Things were quiet...blessedly quiet.
