Tropicana Twist

My Dear Ms. Twist,

As stable master for RUDE Attitude I would love to accept your invitation to have an interview. I believe that positive publicity is a wonderful thing and would never turn it down when offered for free.

You will find the headquarters for RUDE down near the ravine, you can't miss it. Just follow the signs to the dilapidated ruins of what was once the Forsaken Blades clubhouse then cross the bridge. You should see a large sign on the left reading RUDE next to a kiosk selling sporks. Continue past the kiosk to the main building and ask for Isabel.

Yours,
Isabel Bobivich
Vice President Corporate Relations,
Re-assumed Utensils of Destruction Enterprises.

Candace again made her way into the more rural reaches of Rhydin to keep an appointment. Today not liking at all the sound of a walk that far out of town in a suit Candace had dressed down, fitted black trousers and a soft white blouse paired with a pair of expensive little pair of black loafers. Shoes were Candace's one little guilty pleasure.

The walk was not as bad as she had feared and except for one brief encounter with a tribe of angry fungi as she crossed the old Blade's property was very uneventful.

The man at the spork kiosk was very friendly and greeted Candace with a smile, giving her a free plastic wrapped spork with RUDE printed on the handle in bright red letter. Candace smiled sweetly at the man and moved on to the main building.

Ringing the bell she waited for someone to answer, looking curiously around her. There certainly seemed to be a lot going on here.

RUDE Leader

Ms. Twist just happened to arrive on the quarterly paper shredding party day, where once every quarter all RUDE employees got together and shredded all their semi confidential non-essential memos. Which explained the bustle of activity about the normally quiet headquarters.

Eddie from shipping presided over the paper shredder wearing a paper crown in the shape of a Pegasus with "Oh Great Drunken Leader" written on it crudely in red marker. It actually looked much like a picnic had been set up on the lawn around the paper shredder, With even a seat reserved for the Great Leader, Cor, again labeled in red magic marker as "Cor's Chair".

It didn't take long for someone to flag Ms. Twist over to the party. The man in the feathered hat waved a bandaged hand frantically at Candace before motioning to a pair of chairs set up under a nearby tree.

"Isabel's waiting over there Ms. Twist. I'm Bob Bobvich, Vice Leader of RUDE. Our Great leader is out right now But Isabel handles all the business related to our newest addition."

Candace smiled at Bob and followed his directions to the pair of seats next to the tree, calling over her shoulder, "Why thank you Mr. Bobivich. I look forward to seeing you ride in the upcoming races."

Under the tree she looked around cautiously. Invisible interviews were always tricky business, One never wanted to offend the party one was interviewing.

"Mrs. Bobivich? Candace Twist from the Tropicana Twist. I hope I haven't come at a bad time? You seem to be having a celebration."

Candace put out a hand in hopes that the other woman would give it a shake and thus give Candace a clue as to where she was seated.
