Strolling through the streets of Rhy'Din was sometimes a calming exercise. Especially when it was at night. At night, there were fewer distractions to pull her attention away from her thoughts. Thoughts concerning her plans for Rhy'Din and her business of lust and corruption as well as her endless?and unfortunately fruitless?search for her twin, Jade.

Most people were home, asleep, at such late hours, although there were the few night owls that prowled the streets, often hanging out at their favorite inns, bars, pubs, clubs, or even her own Ame Corrumpue Manor where they could indulge in their vices. Then of course there might even be the few cutthroat thieves or outright murderers that might lurk in the shadows, although they were never even close to being a threat to her considerable demonic powers. Most of these sociopaths often ran anyway when they saw her turning the corner, possibly fearing that Hell had come to lay claim to their evil at last.

Jamie smiled when she considered that terror she provoked after hearing an abrupt patter of footsteps somewhere toward her distant left. She really couldn't be certain if she had scared off yet another potential mugger, but it was an amusing thought nonetheless. She winked at herself reflected in a darkened window and posed briefly in her short black dress before moving on.

She recognized the upcoming street as one of the routes that some of her girls would work, advertising themselves for the clientele. One should actually be on duty here right now if she hadn't already been picked up by someone seeking carnal gratification.

As if answering that musing thought, she abruptly heard a scream not too far away. She even recognized the voice to be one of her girls and frowned. She didn't particularly like the idea that someone may intentionally be trying to prey on her girls. She even had an agreement from the Bhaalites that her employees were not to be touched for any fatal purpose. Still, there were the lone wolves following their own baser instincts that believed they could get their gratification for free.

Spreading her wings, she took to the air and flew toward the direction of the scream. She landed on a roof above the alley that the scream had originated from saw a gaunt man corded like wire forcing one of her girls' legs wide open while working to open his pants and release his manhood.

"Come on, you're a hooker, y'got to be used to this?" he said with derision.

"Indeed, she's no stranger to sex," Jamie said, speaking up and revealing her presence. "But usually you have to pay her for her service rather than randomly attacking her on the street and taking her goods by force."

The man spun around and his pants fell down to his ankles, causing him to fall over as well. His eyes widened in disbelief when he realized what he was looking at.

"Wha-what are you?" he asked, the words barely audible.

"I'm her madam," Jamie replied, pointing to the girl he was planning to rape. "And I don't take kindly to thieves. That is, unless you plan on paying for what you were planning to take?" She examined his withering manhood with a smirk.

"I... I...."

"Yeah, you had no intent on paying, did you?"

Shamefully the man admitted so with a nod before cowering in a corner of the alley.

"Thought so," she commented with a venomous glower before leaping down from the roof on top of him.

He let out a yell, but nothing could rescue him from Jamie Kilner's wrath. She gripped his head, clawed hands tightening around his temples and cheek bones. Her black eyes stared coldly at his terrified gaze as she began to pull. First came the pop and then the cracks as his death came upon him instantly as the cartilage connecting his skull and spine tore. Then the flesh tore and there was a short-lived geyser of blood as she separated his head from his body before tossing it into a nearby barrel meant for garbage.

"That is where you belong," she said coldly. She turned to face her employee. "Lyla, head back to Ame Corrumpue Manor. Treat yourself to a nice warm bath."

The woman nodded graciously to her madam before running off in the manor's direction. Jamie left the alley shortly after.
