He's not the type to just sit still...never has been. In fact, when he's not getting others out of trouble, he's usually getting himself into it.
He emerges from the Portal north of Ravensheart Academy and heads to the west. Just a night-time stroll, to be sure - he's not looking for trouble, per se, but he knows that, sooner or later, it will find him - it always does, somehow, and he's been feeling a bit restless lately. This amulet he wears now makes it easier to control his demon side, but that doesn't mean he can't feel it, that it doesn't have some sort of influence on him.
He could use the workout.
He walks along, his eyes closed, letting his other senses guide him and keep him on track, enjoying the feel of the cool night air on his bare chest and the smells of the night - slightly humid, moist, musty but somehow fresh - invade his senses, taking pleasure from the contact of the night's many facets to himself.
He turns to the south down a street once he passes some houses, opening his eyes to ensure his direction is true and that he's not going to run into some poor soul as he walks down the street. As he looks around, he spies to his right a mansion of sorts, and he stops ofr a moment outside its gates.
Quite a lovely place, it looks. Dark and foreboding, but very nicely fixed up. It has the feel of age about it, but it has obviously been well cared-for. As he looks it over, though, something else draws up inside him - the demon.
Whenever he feels that, he knows that there's something...bad...about what he's looking at. Evil is drawn to evil, he knows, and that part of him, no matter how well he has it controlled, is evil, without a doubt. So it knows its own.
And this place reeks of it. Is saturated with it. And - interestingly - he finds it to be somewhat magnetic, attractive even.
It's nothing he can't resist, for the time being, but against his will, he's curious anyway, and so he stands there, just outside the gates of this handsomely built manor, trying to figure out what it is about it that has him and his demon side so enraptured...
