Project Genesis on Planet Rhydin is in initial First Phases. Capture of 15 Humans and MetaHumans with Magical Talent successful in area of Rhydin city called WestEnd. To be transferred to Beta Site for Testing and Experimentation. First arrival of Human and MetaHuman stock from Earth two days ago. Placed in Holding section of Alpha Site until ready for Transfer to Beta Site, to begin Genetic Testing and Experimention on all 119 Non-Magically talented stock. Loss of one subject, Human boy, aged 13, stock number H-0029-A. Body to be removed from Alpha Site to Dumping section near Beta Site.

Project Genesis is so far unknown to General Populace of Rhydin City or surrounding Area. Also construction of Alpha Site and cover for Beta Site go unopposed. There has been no detectible opposition to the Main Project. Will appraise if situation changes.

Project Infinity is on schedule sir, Initial testing and development proceeds at normal pace. Parts to conduct second and third phases arrived at Alpha Site, yesterday. Transported to Beta site for setup, Infinity will be online within the Month at the latest. Source Manipulation is proving to be slightly difficult as it is Chaotic at times. But with the right Quantum Harmonics Frequencies we have been able to correct the problem. Phase One is well under way, testing of the Prototype will begin in one week's time. Computer Models show at least 80 to 90 percent efficency on the initial basis of the tests, done thus far.
