Loremaster. It was the one thing she was ever good at. Even now Bristle Crios provided ways for her to learn about other cultures, gather their information and keep their records as part of her duties. Homework was assigned to them gave her an opportunity to explore a new area something she was over the moon to do. However other things, such as a fire and the like, prevented her from going straight away. After sending a notice then taking a few days she eventually found solace in coming to the mesume.

For a loremaster getting this information was more than just a story to be told it was a source of power. Taking a path around the building she looked for a location to set up an altar. Coming around twice she eventually found a place out of the way she thought it wouldn?t be disturbed. Frame lowered to the ground as she wrote a note to pin to the wall explaining what the altar was and asking not to touch it. She signed it, included her number and date, then hoped for the best.

A rabbit skin was set near the wall letting it serve as a platform for the altar. A few stones were placed around it to both weigh it down and allow the energy to charge there. Five bowls filled with water were given next, along with some bits of candy for her personal sacrifice. Hands came together to give a prayer for the people she was about to hear about asking them to help explain the story to her and hear it also from their point. A smudge stick was lit on fire then used to cleanse herself before setting it on a plate.

After spreading the ashes on her forehead she rose from the ground to enter the building. The map was looked over to get a feel of the area but it didn't help. The first time she ended up in the wrong location looking at stars but soon asked for help then was redirected to the correct location. Another bit of wandering before she found the Anthropology department to settle in. One of the tour guides were found to which she did as requested telling them Professor Tolmay sent her.

The man leads her down a dark hallway past a few rooms where others were studied. They exchanged names, she got his business card, and off they went. After a bit of search and comparing notes, she was given access to the tomes the woman spoke of. The original ones she wouldn?t be allowed to take home but she did get a copy of the copies along with being allowed to touch the text. She waited for the man to leave while she looked it over.

Once left alone she started the second part of the ritual. A second rabbit pelt was brought out to set on the desk, allowing for another altar. Next, she placed more stones in a certain pattern to call forth the corners and allow her mind to become open. Meditation was key here, legs crossing as she set on the seat, it was only after she felt her mind relax and presence of something did she start to read the text.
