We can't wait to burn it to the ground ~ Linkin Park

A set of cold crazed giggles broke free from her slender throat.

"Circle 'round the fire,
As the flames get higher - higher!
They dance, they dance
from thine fingertips!
Feel the wrath, feel the burn!
Raise the flames, higher higher!"

Jadden sang low as flames sparked and started from her hands. They licked around her fingertips. A smug then gleeful grin plastered itself on her crimson lips. The sun was just peaking over the horizon. All the vampires in Shiverport, Louisiana were tucked away in their coffins by now. Especially one who had been a thorn in her side for one too many years.

She rounded the entrance of the night club Fangsta, skimming over the wall with her hand. Fire burned everywhere she touched. A trail of flames was left in the wake of her hands. Jadden met the front door with another grin pulling at the seams of her crimson lips. The dim light from the sun glimmered against the blackness of the horns that had made their way from the temples of her head. Hands held out, the padlocked front door flew open in a flurry of flames, metal, wooden shards, and glass.

Hands out stretched to either side of the hallway, flames flowed out and covered the walls as she made her way in. Jadden knew all of Section Five would be here. They were all laying in wait in the basement, protected by a werewolf and a few puny humans. Over the course of the last few weeks, she had picked off the vampires that made Section Five's resting places. One by one, until they had no where to hide except for Fangsta.
Her plan had came along swimmingly. Swimmingly.

Another burst into the main club room, heat dancing at her back. She sniffed around. Wet dog. A snarl and a low short howl came from her right side. Jadden ducked but brought a flaming claw up and into the furry side of the quite large werewolf. It whimpered quickly then started another growl.

"They brought out one single puppy," she tsked the werewolf as she stood straight. "You'd think they'd be more scared for their lives. Well, ... unlives."

Instead of a growl, a roar came from the werewolf.

"Testy, are we?" Jadden started to circle around the creature. She rattled out her hands, and the flames sizzled into smoke. "I'd love to play, but you see - what your small animal brain can't comprehend is that this building is set to burn down. And fast. So, b***h, I don't have much time to skin you alive so that your dying yelps cry out to the human guards down stairs."

A perplexed look washed over the werewolf's face as it hunkered down, claws out. Toes dug into the tile near the bar.

"Stupid mutt," Jadden muttered - rather loudly.

At that, the were lunged at Jadden. A wild cackle came from her while both of her booted feet went up to meet the werewolf's chest. The heels of her boots dug into it with such force, the were and Jadden slammed back onto the floor. It helped that the heels of said boots were made of silver. With sizzling skin, the werewolf whimpered. It growled and went to claw at Jadden. She grabbed it fiercely by its thick throat as she straddled it.

"I told you I did not have time to play," she spoke low, the light from the burning fire around them flickered in the shine of her horns. "But..." She started as she raised a hand up. Her black nails changed into claws tipping her fingers, "I did also tell you that I'd skin you alive."

Underneath her, the large wolf-like animal started to buck and tried to get out from under her grasp. But she was far stronger than it. Her hand went down and hooked onto its collar bone. The werewolf yelped as Jadden started to rip and tear off large chucks of furry flesh. As the flesh separated from its body, it turned back into a male's human skin. Half of his furry side was lying in here and there in a matter of seconds.

She looked down at the howling and whimpering creature with a twisted smile, "Okay, puppy. I'm done playing." With those five words, Jadden took her hands to the side of the were's head. Electricity sparked and coursed through his skull. His huge body jittered about until finally he went still, blood and smoke oozed from his ears.

She stood straight up and walked away. The werewolf shifted into his human form, missing the skin from one of his sides. Jadden dusted off her hands while making her way to a door near the back. The club was going down. She opened the door and peered down the stairs, wild delight gleaming from her swirling black hues.
