Topic: Battle lines(A letter)

Chaos

Hello Mary.

We have a problem I am sure you are aware of already. This problem has a name and old and twisted name. I request your considerable influences and business woman power for a battle I can not fight alone. I am requesting your help to bring down the control freak known as Wolvinator. He has betyrayed his own ideals and gave into his darker side of the addiction of power.

I need you and your employees's help to uncover any and everything you can find to add to my already growing wealth of knowledge about this man's dark past. We have his DNA in the lab when Brandon made that most awesome virus. We should beable, if we dont already have all of his little biological secrets in our corner. I would suggest making a clone of the control freak if possible, it could come in handy in the future. But I doubt we will need it.

I need your help with this. This control freak must not win, no matter the cost. The battle lines have been drawn. It is time to do what is needed to be done. I await your response, but please do not wait too long.

Your friend who owes you his existance.

Bob.

This letter was folded nicely on her desk, on top of what ever mess that may, or may not have been there. It would not get lost.

Mary?s desk of course was always very ordered and all but clear. So naturally the letter would be noticed promptly. She read it over before setting it down before her once more. Her elbows coming to rest on the desk as her fingers came together. She had to contemplate this ?delicate? situation.

She was sort of torn on this topic. Yes, Wolvinator was sort of an aspiring dictator who loved throwing his weight around? but he had proved reasonable enough in their meeting. Mary and Wolvinator had come to an understanding and she didn?t wish to provoke him in any way. He could be rather ruthless when pursuing what he believed was right.

But whether put her business in jeopardy or not? Bob was right. Wolvinator in office could only be a bad thing ? for everyone. He was a power hungry individual, and people with such blatant disregard for those they claim as their own should definitely not have such a say in the lives of every citizen of Rhy?Din. Uneasy truce with Wolvinator or not... She couldn't support him. Her choice was clear when everything was put in perspective. She would help Bob however she could.

First thing was first, she would speak to her people to get an idea of what Wolvinator might be planning ? find out everything she could. While also investigating the other candidates and seeing who would do right by the people. That was really the main thing she did care about in all of this. If the people were in good shape and spending money then business was good. With death and people stirring up trouble for the sake of trouble? People suffering means business will suffer as well.

This coalition had enough backing that voters couldn?t be divided on who they wanted in office. They would need to pick out who to vote for and put everything they had into supporting that person. Wolvinator had clearly put a lot into his advertising and what not. Her one hope, that the people of Rhy?Din were smart enough to see past pretty billboards and smooth (however empty) promises.

::it wasn't that she had read the letter to Mary, or even talked to Bob about the subject, it was just that her mind was on the subject after getting out and catching up on the election stuff and voting. She didn't vote for Wolvinator. She had tried to talk to him at the Inn just before she voted... just trying to be polite and ask him some questions before she went to the booth. He flat out ignored her... almost ran her over on his way out the door. He was too busy playing with his woman to pay attention to anything else. and it wasn't like she stepped in front of him while he was going to the door or anything. He didn't seem like a people person. He seemed like the type to walk over the little people on his way up to get the bigger people... metaphorically or otherwise. Wolvinator seemed more Wolfish then some of the Lychanthrops she'd met. She didn't like him. Just hearing his name would make her head dip, gazing downward hiding angry eyes... seething. She really didn't like being ignored....::
