An internal Memorandum sent from the administrative division of the 27th Division of the Rhy'Din Watch

From the Desk of Captain Kerrithra Al'Tuatha-Ravenlock,
The IAD has concluded their internal investigation in regards to the charges that had been placed against, Captain Brian Alexander McDineen-Ravenlock.
While certain details are not yet readily available, the results of their findings were.
All charges that had been placed against Captain B. Ravenlock, have been summarily dismissed.
It has also been recommended by the IAD lead investigator that Captain B. Ravenlock be re-instated, with no loss to rank, seniority, privilege and position.
That being said, I am proud to inform you all of the following:
Effective this morning at 0930 hours Captain B. Ravenlock has been fully reinstated to his official capacity within the Rhy'Din Watch.
Captain B. Ravenlock will be returning to the 27th Special Operations Division of the Rhy'Din Watch, and will assume command, sometime within the next week. Details on his return will follow accordingly.
I will remain in command until then and upon his return, I will turn command over and remain on as his second in command.
I would like to thank all personnel for their cooperation in this matter, and all the assistance you have given us all and this city in your service.
