An internal Memorandum sent from the administrative division of the 27th Division of the Rhy'Din Watch

Many of you have heard that this Division with the assistance of the Greater Marketplace Chamber of Commerce has secured additional funding. This funding will allow us to begin work on a project that I personally had once been a part. A project that was somewhat abandoned in the wake of the event called ?Scarred?, and a project that I believe our area has been too long without.
?
That being said I am proud to inform each of you, that the we are re-activating the Emergency Medical Services Division (EMS). Furthermore we?ve secured funding to add yet another branch to our family, in the form of a Fire Brigade Division.
These divisions will based in the Marketplace.
While they will call the Marketplace home, service will be offered to other areas of the city, same as the 27th division. This will be per the Mutual Aid Pact we chartered with the City of Rhy'Din.
Specified logistics and command details for these divisions will follow shortly, and a site is currently being sought out to house them as well.

Effectively immediately the 27th?Division of the Rhy?Din Watch will be home, to both the EMS and Fire Brigade. This is until their house(s) are completed.

I know this will mean changes all around, but I assure everyone that this will not impede operations at all. It will be a gradual progression of course, as we seek members for each division. In addition, we will be creating a specialized unit that will be utilized for 'Tactical Rescue Operations'.
A unit that will be cross trained in Specials Operations and EMS. This unit will be open for all personnel to apply for, as well.
The same will be of the Fire Brigade and EMS Divisions as well, which will also be open for citizens to volunteer for, much like the Reserve Program of the Watch.
