The Rhy'Din Watch Network is simply a gathering of information from all groups in Rhy'Din that are out trying to do the right thing for the people in Rhy'Din from Watch Divisions, Special Groups and Vigilantes. This network is not meant to be used for hunting down Vigilante Groups out there nor is it meant to be controlling or manipulating. It is simply a place that we encourage every player ran group out there to post who their group is, what their typical goals or methods are and what kind of missions or cases they like and if they happen to have turf or territory they share or cooperate with other groups or Divisions. Naming actual characters is not needed for groups and if a character is using a different ID for their moonlight activities, that's fine as well.

This network is in the vein and open nature of letting all the RDI Players out there that want to run various SL's criminal elements in it that there is a lot of groups they can contact to help play the good guys if they want. It will also help to reduce possible conflicts of several groups converging on one SL by mistake if no one group has stepped to take action. We are also encouraging all players to post any Watch Divisions they know of that are player run whether it is just your character in that Division or you are running the Division. Again, not a network for controlling people, just a database to let everyone out their know who is out their and what kind of rotten apples they are looking for. This network would also greatly help NPC Watch Divisions know that there is assistance available and that if other groups are in pursuit they can pull back or step up and assist.
