"The Peoples republic of Rhy'Din?"

That's what it says sir, here's the flyer. Take a look for yourself!

Taking the flyer, Brian took a good look as that most definite of brow raises seem to present itself, as he went along the list of 'pre-reqs'.

"Supreme Leader's directions or the sale of Nukes to said leader... Support for Fio, and no one named Matt Simon... Punch and-pie, animal lovers... Freedom, fighting for freedom..."

Brian looked to the watchman who brought him the flyer, "Now why does this sound familiar?"

Sir? asked the rather perplexed young man.

"I know who this is," replied Brian with a somewhat facepalm. "It's Jesse."

"Vice Admiral Jesse!?", exclaimed the watchman as others in turn nearly did the same thing and even more so, when some type of menacing music took to the air and with no instruments present mind you!

"I'm surprised she didn't ask for mana bombs, or the death of communists."

"Sir, aren't you a communist in her eyes? And isn't she part of the Watch. Why torch the Watch establishments!?"

"I believe so, and I still hope so... Actually I have no idea when it comes to her, she's a--- special case. Last I saw her, I gave her my old Avenger's Badge, and she used it to try to get someone to flip a table at Twilight Isle and then convince my wife to show her breasts to her. Both attempts met in failure."

"She must have had Lady Jenai confused with some of those 'other' women, sir."

"I guess so, still in any event it was a bold move on Jesse's part. Sides, Jen's got better things to do than run around half naked chasing tails and playing footsie." Unless it's in house, heh heh

"So what do we do Captain?"

"Send out an internal memo, and include the flyer. Let's follow the chain here, and anything suspicious gets sent back to us. I'll talk to someone from Bristle Crios, I believe Jesse is still a staff member there. Maybe they can shed some light on this. We'll see what pans out from there."

"Sir!"

Off the lad went, leaving Brian to look at the flyer once more and sigh a bit with a shake of head, "Jesse, Jesse, Jesse..."
