There it was?the library that Tass had spoken of. Lenika had finally made her way to this place that he offered her in solace and guidance, but she could not bring herself to go any closer than the several feet away she was. It felt odd to be here and almost wrong, so she simply would stand in the distance and look upon the library. At the very least, she could say she saw it.

Fingers brushed through the short black hair and she sighed. In a moment of indecision, she stepped toward the library then paused as she asked herself softly, ?What am I doing here? I?m just bringing unwanted trouble and stupid emotions.?

Lenika shook her head and turned from the building slightly. She did not leave just yet as she rather was enjoying the change in scenery, so she took a seat on the ground and closed her eyes to feel the wind on her face.

The door to the old building cracked open enough to offer the invite to enter, but there was little more to it.. well, at least to the door. Within, though, there was warmth, and calming piece, and it flooded out the door with the light.

He knew she was without... but he would not force upon her anything. She would do as she wished in her own time. And he would be there, always, for her. So, he waited within, sitting in one of the reading chairs on the first floor, just within the door and to the left, out of the direct sight of those that walked in.

She would come or she wouldn't, but he would be there.

The doors opening drew the attention of Lenika and she opened her eyes to see if anyone or anything came out. She saw nothing and caused a brief look of suspicion before she shook her head. Tass worked in mysterious ways sometimes and she had to smile a little at the thought. She mumbled to herself, ?I suppose this is his way of asking if I?m going in.?

Lenika sighed and pushed herself up from her sitting position. She had not gotten cold enough yet to scurry inside to warmth and peace, but there would be a measure of guilt if she simply ignored his offer and walked away. He was her friend, after all, and she did not want to hurt his feelings.

There was no hurry as she took her time walking to the library. She smiled at the cold she felt on her face and before she stepped inside Lenika turned to feel it one last time. After a moment and a breath, Lenika stepped just inside the doorway and not fully inside. There was a brief wash of hesitation that gave her reason to pause and not continue her entrance; however, she did give a quiet call, ?Hello??

There was a closing of a book off to the left as she stepped in.. just enough to announce where he was so that she would not be startled. Then he stood, a smile to his lips, and set the book to a table next to the chair.. nevermind the table was just a stack of books.. there were books everywhere..

"Evening, hun.. come on in and make yourself at home. Can I get you anything to drink?"
