Here is a list of character ideas that could be played/written about with connections to The Black Stag:
Clients
A courtesan is nothing without clients. As long as he or she has coin and something of interest (personality, standing, etc), there is a possibility of that person being a courtesan's client.
Fellow Courtesans
Create a courtesan and have fun with playing her and/or writing about her. Distinct personalities welcome.
Servants/Workers At The Black Stag
Ileste Dulanke (Currently NPC)
Handmaid to Victoria Helmshaw, the courtesan. Her loyalties are fierce to her Lady. She is indentured, being paid for her duties, but would never deceive her Lady for more money.
Her duties include: aiding her Lady in all things of warddrobe, bathing, etc. She is her confidante and serves as a personal courier of information when more than words are to be delivered. The use of her form to deliver a message not written is not unheard of.
Charles Netter (Currently NPC)
He serves as an indentured standing with all that has to do with horses. The carriage house is under his care and the workers there. He is the footman of the carriage that the Courtesan utilizes. Loyal to his Lady.
He sees that every aspect of her comfort and pride is taken with the care of the Courtesan's horses, carriage, and carriage house.
Mister Netter is known to have place in his heart for Ileste DuLanke.
Lesantra Kamble (Currently NPC)
Lesantra Kamble is the cook and food servant at the Black Stag. She sees to all meals for the Courtesan and her guests, as well as separately taken meals for those who work at the Blag Stag.
Lesantra is mute and untrusting of men due to her cruel history at the vile hands of them. She was saved by the actions of the courtesan and would serve at the Black Stag, even if she was not paid to do so.
Samual Zant (Currently NPC)
Samual Zant is the son of a local Writ and scribe. To earn extra money for his family and himself, he has taken employment at the Black Stag to run errands and deliver missives.
Samual also serves as eyes and ears in places where he is the most unlikely person to be doing so for his father as well as the Courtesan.
Others
If you simply want to play something a little more mundane in interaction with those of the household and/or courtesans, feel free to!
