Welcome everyone!
This is the guidelines thread for Scarred. The story archs will have multiple threads, multiple angles, people from all walks of Rhy'din will be scarred when its over.
First some quick items: Participation in Scarred is completely open. This is not forced, required or anything else. Its designed to have fun, expand and grow: For only through sorrow do we discover something new about ourselves.
Even though its open, I ask that if you are participating, for the ease of letting everyone else know a "Scarred" posting, I ask that you place "Scarred" infront of the title, then name it whatever else. IE: Scarred: Marketplace or "Are you Scarred?" This lets other players know where there is action that they should know aobut or are participating in.
Scarred will run through Mount Yasuo, SEB and Marketplace as well. There will be playable postings to help set tone and objectives (Yes, there will be objectives - helps keep things moving along).
The first two sections of Scarred are Prelude and Corruption. These general threads will be running through the Chainned Inn folder. As we break into the later chapters, there will be threads scattered everywhere (ideally).
This is war. War is not plesant, war isn't fun.
But, the goal here is that everyone else will. Please, if you have concerns, questions - ask me. I don't bite...usually. The guidelines are here to make sure we keep things resonable, moving forward and to show that there is an end in sight. With war, there are no winners, no losers. So, if you are thinking about coming into this with the idea that you're going to be the hero - think again.
Villains, we're going to cause havoc, we are going to mame and murder, but we're still going to lose.
This is meant to change, alter, create new threads, see new potential! Not be flashy. I ask you, for the sake of having a good time, don't ruin it for others. Fair play, cooperation, collaberation - that's the name of the game. There will be a thread setup in the Chainned Inn for Scarred OOC questions, concerns or comments.
Let's have some fun!
