Somnia Manor is a bizarre mesh of old-world charm, modern convenience, and Rhy'din mystery. The house is three floors above ground and 3 (known) floors below. A large riverside cottage that looks equal parts vacation home and college design project. Fully functional plumbing, hot and cold running water, electricity, and climate control, yet connected to no utility grid.

First Floor - Appears to be the least used floor in the house. A few simple pieces of furniture face the fireplace.

Second Floor - The most lived-in and representative of its owner, set up as a pub. Ample seating, a pool and poker table. The bar on the west wall is stocked with dozens of local Rhy'din spirits, ales and meads. Also features a full, near-commercial grade kitchen. Large deck to the south. The couch in front of the fireplace comes complete with an indent that suggests that someone sleeps there...

Third Floor - Seldom-used master bedroom, often-used master bathroom.

Basement - Typical basement, nothing to see here...

Sub-Basement - Houses the magically-powered, self-sustaining utilities that run the house.
