She had noticed a paper on the boards days ago and just could not seem to work up the nerve to act on the desire of a new building. However, the way with business was it was required. Plus she was simply tired of sleeping in the cloth room. It was time.

After spending a day or two working up the nerves she finally started gathering information in attempts to find the man responsible for the post. With the help of others she was able to direct her attention to a single building.

At the door of Dragon Shipping and Loan she lifts a hand to knock strongly at the door only to draw her hands back and rub her knuckles "Ow." Okay, so maybe she was a tad nervous. She had so many complications with people in the lands, she wasn't sure what she was about to step into.

The door opened to the Dragon Shipping and Loan with a glance left, then right with the head poking out of the door. A glance downward found the woman and a brow arched gently. "Needing something to be shipped? A Loan perhaps? Looking to rent or purchase property within the city? Do come in... come in..." Zayveon gave a soft bow of his head and backed within the building at the northeastern end of the markets. A pair of fireplaces spilled warmth into the downstairs of the building. Rows of shelves along this way, fine art of landscapes upon another, while a third wall held paintings of mystical beasts. He moved over toward a large oak desk near one of the fires and lowered behind it as a smile perked his lips again. "Come, come... tell me, what is it you seek?"

A curious look moved off toward the seemingly young female, while he withdrew a slip of paper from a drawer and ushered the ink jar closer.

Violet tainted blues blinked at the man's head who popped out to look about only to find her. A pleasant smile was offered up as the man spoke. Goodness he was a lively one! Without realizing her body went into motion ahead of her thoughts, the next thing she knew she was inside the warm building. Politely she closed the door behind her so the cool air remained in the afternoon air outside then turned to the large figure who settled behind the desk.

"Firstly, forgive me for coming at such a late hour sir. It's just taken me a while to work up the nerve to come. I am looking to purchase a building. Something large and roomy. Maybe with a second story and basement for housing and storage. Currently I've a small shop that I am wondering would do in a sort of trade. Of course with coins as well."

Violet-blue eyes drifted slowly away to observe the interior of the building. She was glad the man was pleasant. It made her nerves ease a bit.

A soft tap of a fingertip to the desk's edge after listening to the girl's wish. Considering a moment as to the shops he'd bought up to rent out in turn. Though this one wished to buy, not rent. A tilt of Zayveon's bald head from the left to the right, as his fingertips softly rattled upon the desk's oak surface. To sell.. to sell.. to sell.

A snapping of a fingers into the air then as he sat up slightly within his chair. "Very well, I will sell you one of the properties I currently own near the markets here. For what you're asking, I may have a building south of here and another to the western end of the markets up for grabs. Though to sell it out right, the price would be a bit high. Of course if you wished, you could put down some coin now and pay over the next few months the remaining balance. Thus you would be able to move your items into the shop within a few days instead of waiting to gather up the total cost of the place? What do you think, hm?" Zayveon perked a smile while a hand moved through his light beard, watchful of the girl.

Tap. Tap. Tap.

Boy was that making the nervousness settle back in.

Tap. Tap. Tap.

For a moment or two she allowed her mind to drift off so that she didn't end up getting overly worked up while the man seemed to take the time to think of her words.

She found herself thinking of Aolis. What was he up to? Where had he been the last couple of days? Was he alright? Was he enjoying his stay at Icer's lair?

Her focus snaps to as the man snaps his fingers. She listened to his words and a pleasant smile touched her lips. "Actually I am quite aware that it will be costly. I should be alright with paying outright. I've had a lot of business and a lot of friends helping me with this task. So I would be able to pay you right out sir. You'd have to come with me to my current building to see it's condition so I could pay you when we go do that."

She paused, waiting to see his reaction to her words. She had been saving up nearly everything she had came across that was extra. Plus help from certain people boosted her funds substantially. Fingers intertwining as her hands clasp before her she continues out of her own curious nature.

"If I may ask. What are these two buildings like and their surrounding areas?"

"What are they like?"

Zayveon shifted within his chair slightly as a smile perked his lips. "Both have a fireplace for warmth of course in this weather and they both have shelves and bookcases still at their walls. The one has a desk within it and that of a back door to the building. I could have both cleaned up by the end of tomorrow if you'd like?" His smile held in place as he examined the young woman further. "Give you wish to buy and not rent, I would have to consider a proper price depending on which property you decide on. Both are near the markets here of course."

A glance aside toward a shadow moving along the far wall. Smirk playing to his lips and then he looked back toward the young woman seated before him. "I could have someone show you both if you'd like?"

Lips pursed as she listened. Not exactly what she was seeking to hear. A small chuckle pushed her lips forward and she shook her head. "When I asked of them I meant their exterior. Wood? Stone? Oh and will either of them need any upkeep?"

Delicately her head dips in a nod. Nervously a hand raises to tug at a thicket of pale golden hair. "If that isn't any trouble, I would appricate seeing what it is I am looking to buy."
