The night had been refreshing. Cold and coat of fresh white blanketed the world around her. After returning from the inn she planted herself on the crate outside of her building, shawl drawn taunt about her lithe little frame.

She was slightly disappointed in not seeing one of the handful of people she called friend but it also left her to meet a new friend. At least she was hoping that is the mutual feeling.

Aolis. An elven like she, though she wasn't sure which kind he was. She found him quite handsome and polite though he seemed to stare at her, which made Sera a tad unsteady. Or maybe it was because he called her beautiful? He was the first to ever be flirty with her. Her brother had always seen to keep such flirts at bay. Oh, she was sure Torrin would of popped his top. Aolis was kind about it but she was sure that was going to change soon enough, after all the land held many flirtatious and truly beautiful women who she didn't hold a candle stick to.

Even still the conversation would of been nice she figured. If the nexus hadn't thieved off with him. That nexus...it sure did like to make lives rough! If it wasn't thieving her away it was thieving others!

Violet-tainted blue eyes rose to the starlit sky, her thoughts finally winding down to her brother. Was he alright? Was Hearthstone alright? Was she going to be alright...? Or was this pit of loneness going to consume her?

The sudden weight onto her shoulders snapped her from her thoughts and her eyes lowered to the ferret who crawled down her shoulder and into her lap, attempting to get some attention. A soft chuckle and she started petting the white creature. "Is my brooding state upsetting you Solaris?" The furry beast made no movement over then curling about her hand in a playful attempt.
