In the wee early morn the door of the Ethereal Loom creaked open and in strolled not one, but two people. One of course being Sera. The other, without a doubt, being Taran. A deep inhale was made, lungs filled to their limits and it was held. It was so nice to be home. Granted she had no regret in being swept away by Taran for some much needed rest and relaxation. Plus it gave them time to speak of the future and what it held.

Her bag set near the unlit fireplace the held breath was slowly released and she turned her violet-blue gaze to Taran, the man that lit her life with such fire and light that it was nearly blinding.

"It's wonderful to be home." she spoke in a tone that was so delicate that it nearly shattered against the silence.

It was wonderful to be back and by the mass of flowers and little knickknacks left outside by the children, she seemed sorta missed. There was a small ping in her heart, feeling guilty for not telling those important in her life that she was leaving for a period but Taran hadn't given her much thought on the vacation. He had her packed and out the door in a matter of hours. But she had no doubt that she would be forgiven. Atleast she hoped. And she did bring souvenirs!!

A mass of other baggage that had followed Sera inside happened to contain that very Taran she spoke of. He had more souvenirs in these things than the trip had cost him in its entirety, but the look on her face every time she spotted one and thought of a person who would like it melted his heart almost as quickly as the inside of his wallet.

The trip had been perfect in every way, and if he had his way, they'd be going on at least one a year. As he set the mass of bags down on the counter, her voice piped in, and he had to strain to hear it. He loved that. With a few long strides, he wrapped her up in his arms and lifted her from the ground, only to spin around and set her down again with such a smile on his face, you'd think she'd have gone on the trip by herself and he was just seeing her again for the first time in months.

This wasn't the case, of course, but he smiled like it were regardless. "It's wonderful to be anywhere as long as it's with you, my tari." He laughed a light little laugh, and looked out across the shop for a moment of serious ponderance. "I think I'm going to make new shelving for the entire shop. Hand-carved, heavy wood. Intricate, just for you." And in the likely event they got smashed? Well, let's just say there'd be a lot of spares in the basement.

Violet-blue eyes twinkled with delight at her lover's enthusiastic behavior. He was such a light in her life! A spring of laughter danced from the elveness' lips as she was spun in the air, dainty fingers clinging to his shoulders even as she was settled down. "You are quite the imp, my tar. And no. No shelf making for my shop! You've got yours to think of, do you not?" Her hands trailed along his arms until she found his hands, gentle swinging them back and forth. "You've still alot of work to do in your shop. And I shall help you!"

Without another word she released him and she was bounding away towards the stairs before he could recover the loss of her being there. Another laughter danced from her throat as she rushed along.
