When things possibly couldn't get worst..they did. The night started nice and she actually met a two new people. Eless, a kind and lovely bar tender though the meeting was short lived. The other was more of a extended meeting with something she hadn't expected to get while at the overly busy inn.

Conversation.

An extended conversation! With a polite man in fact. Taran was an individual, like herself, didn't care for the rowdy and dangers of the inn. As they spoke he seemed to be truly curious of her shop and her talents of cloth crafting. A new customer too? Another thing she wasn't expecting. Due to his busy life a great opportunity came to show him the shop. Gunfire within the inn only quickened their leave.

As they walked through the marketplace their chat was idle. One could almost say getting to know one another. And as they entered the inn and the conversation turned to business, she found herself smiling. It had been so long since she had a conversation like this and she would be embarrassed to say but in truth the man did help her out so much with a simple conversation.

And that..was shortly lived. Truly was she able to keep but a few minutes of happiness in her life??!

In a flood of golden light a woman appeared in the inn and just as quickly removed by means of the ward that kept the shop safe. Taran was already armed and Sera found herself slightly behind him if anything to stop him from seeing her grow weary.

Then came the crash. The door and part of the wall torn from the building, the impact vibrating so heavily that it shattered the window only two feet from the door. Mannequins and clothing on the shelves were tossed and destroyed as a large crystal golem came chasing the woman. Knowing well she was the target she decided to stay and fight inside the shop, causing even more destruction. Then had the nerve to ask Taran and Sera why they stayed.

It was her shop! Her hard work and blood in these walls that this woman was so nonchalant about!

Her blood boiled though it didn't show outwardly. Like normal she was keeping a kind demeanor even as she watched Taran shoot rounds into the crystal beast, slowly tearing away it's pieces until it finally collapsed. The woman's words of how Sera could use the amethyst shards to repair her shop only angered the gentle elveness more. What was wrong with that woman!?! Obviously not a care in the world what had happened. She only furthered more to annoy the elveness and even Taran by the sounds of it when she decided to use some sort of magic to 'repair' the door.

Taran's voice boomed at the woman as he told her how careless she was and Sera found herself nearly jumping out her skin. She had to agree and the woman surely wasn't helping. The door barely had anything to cling onto anymore.

Exhaustedly she asked the woman to leave, her sanity held only by a thread and Taran's kindness. Even if he was stubborn and insisting he would help with repairs. When the woman left a almost sense of ease came over her though it was overcome with the urge to cry. Months wages worth of cloth destroyed. Months of hard work...gone.

If it had not been for Taran's attempt to lighten the mood she surely would of broke into tears. After an agreement made about him able to help with repairs so long as she was able to offer him the basement converted living quarters. After giving him a key to the shop and off to bed he went, Sera started on reconstructing the ward to protect the shop once again.

Order was not thrilled by the fact that the link had been broke. It left Sera feeling weakened. Heavily. She barely made it to bed but atleast she knew that not only was the shop safe but her new 'live in repairman' and herself.
