she picks up the water and drank long. and planted her rear on the sands, her blue eyes out looking at the waves,
::as soon as she looked to the waves, a plop next to her would announce another bottle, this time a glass one with multicolored liquid inside, corked at the top:: Drink up that one! We're not done yet!
she eyes the bottle. "what is it?"
Its an Elixir. It recharges and heals you instantly. Now drink it.
she takes a sip and eyes him.

::instantly, multicolored sparkles engulfed her body which healed and recharged her before vanishing:: Good girl! Now let's get to the really fun part of your training!
