She chuckled gently to the barrage of questions.
"Yes, it's been a long time and I have missed you. I'd love to see your new home some time. I'm sorry I missed your wedding, but by the time I found out, it was a little too late to attend. So, with raising Tina, meeting up with old family, finding her a father and adopting her, fending off evil tyrants with designs on destroying Exodii by using Tina as a weapon, mending old travel ways between my home town and RhyDin with new ones, and helping in the plans of expanding the school to include a much broader range of subjects and students.... plus a plethora of other things in between those highlights, like the usual and unusual holiday events .... I think I can relate to the rush of life."
A wink from her mirthful gaze was sent to Wyh, along with a gentle giggle. With a gentle sigh, her expression eased into a more serious nature, though never quite losing the mirthful sparkle in her eyes.
"Hmm.. yes, those articles I think should be published. I'm sure people are already wondering what that big ring is in the middle of the road. So I thought it would be best to offer the explanation of the jump gates and the reopening of old shops so that those wishing to use them, might. My Grandfather, Excalibar Woodshadow, had much to do with several shops that used to reside in RhyDin. Actually, in his day, he was into everything in RhyDin."
She paused with a sad sigh, though the smile was planted back on just as quickly.
"Anyway, through various realm shaking events, the portals were lost and apparently the businesses died here, unable to replenish goods from Exodii City. So, my son, Alexander .... who should've been born a tinker gnome, though thankfully was not ... devised new portals and I was able to reclaim the shops for our city, plus a few other nearby buildings. Though quite small now, I hope the shops will prosper here, for there is much that could be done between here and Exodii City or even the System if things develop as hoped. And that is the brundt of the Ad on the second article there."
Relaxing in the chair a bit, she crossed her arms and stroked her chin thoughtfully.
"As for the first one on the school teachers... Briari was a little vague on some of the details ... but I bet if you could catch him, he just might give you an interview. All I know is that we are expanding not only the curriculum but the type of students we will enroll. I do think the Headmaster should speak on this and an interview is in order along with the ad for the need of teachers. He might be too .. er... shy.. to just come in himself asking for one, but I'm not."
Imp... a conspiring Imp was the only way to describe that visage as she crossed her long legs and leaned forward, dropping her tone to almost a whisper.
"So, if you stalk him .. say, Sunday or Monday late afternoons through late night .. or both.. maybe even Tuesday, you might just be able to corner him for an interview and have time to write it up for the next Oracle."
Nodding with a deep wink, she leaned back shifting her gaze away, looking quite the innocent with her gaze perusing the wall to her right, across the ceiling and back down to Wyh with a Cheshire smile.
"Any Questions?"
