The Ice Mage entered the Oracle's building, looking about for Des. Conversation between the two had resulted in Wyheree agreeing to help out with reporting and such. Not seeing her friend anywhere, she made her way over to an empty area of the office, well away from the other desks. Then, her silver eyes glowing, she created a pretty little desk and chair for herself out of permanent ice, simple in line, decorated with shimmering crystals.

She then walked over to Des's desk, looking at the board, taking the Zodiac letter down - eyes glittering as she read it. This was ugly, and she wanted this person brought to justice. She jotted a note for Des:

"Good afternoon Des - I have taken the Zodiac letter as we discussed. I will do whatever it takes to get to the bottom of this. Wyh"

She left the office then, re-reading the awful letter.

Gavilean went to Wyh's desk but she was already gone.

He wanted to welcome her to the staff, so he left her a little note that said:

Dear Wyh,

Welcome to the Oracle. If you need any pictures or help, just let me know.

Gav

He placed a box of chocolate "turtles" on her desk as a welcome gift.

Wyh stopped by her desk - anxious to write down new information he had learned on the Zodiac story. Taking a seat in her icy chair, she smiled as she read Gav's note, then pulled a small scroll of parchment and a quill from her skirt pocket, and began to write, enjoying one of the chocolate treats as she bent over her work.

And here he came... Back from a fresh romp in the WestEnd. Peeking slightly into the office as he grinned like the proverbial cat that ate that canary.

"I knew they said we had a Goddess on board, but I didn't think it would be as hawt or as cold as you my Ice Queen."

Moving to her desk, Brian then leaned upon it and offered a warm smile to his heart sister, and held a long stemmed crystalized yellow rose towards her.

"Welcome my dear, I do hope we have fun together."

She looked up from her notes, a bright smile on her face as she saw her soul brother, and she took the rose from him, blushing pink at his words, and twined it in her hair, just above the braid dangling over her left ear.

"Why thank you, just Brian. This promises to be great fun indeed."

Rushing into the Oracle's open office area, she'd been so very busy lately, but finally had time to check her desk and pick up her messages and leads. Skittering to a stop as the glimmer of the new desk caught her eye. A wide grin spreading. Only one would have made a desk of ice. Rounding the corner, gray eyes sparkling merrily.

"Wyh! You're here! Oooh, now we can really stir things up and get into trouble! Welcome aboard!"

She didn't stay long, not wanting to interrupt. Bouncing on her way to her desk, that skill from Taneth might make an amusing show to others, but it definately filled one with a sense of life and energy. Calling over her shoulder "We'll have to get together and compare some notes, maybe find something to nose int.. erm...investigate together!"

She was bent over her notes, scribbling out a draft of the Zodiac story she was working on, and looked up as she heard Jal, a bright smile on her face. "Good afternoon Jal! I've just started working here - and already found a great story!"

She smilied as she settled back in her icy chair, thinking of all the adventures she and Jal could have while working..

Wyheree entered the Oracle building and made her way to her desk - pausing to greet Jal along the way. In her hand was a copy of the latest issue, and she beamed as she read through it again. Wyh touched the front of her icy desk - and a small drawer slid open. She tucked her first published articles into the drawer, pulled out clean parchment, a pot of the blue ink she favored, and a fresh white quill, and began writing - smiling as she began work on stories for October.
