This is the season for some amazing sights in the clear night skies above the city of Rhy'Din. For the best views, check out the Glen and be prepared for an amazing show!

First, tomorrow night there will be a lunar eclipse. What does that mean? Well it simply means that our planet will block the light from our star to our moon causing it to disapear for a short time just about the witching hour. While this is a very late time, it is still a beautiful thing to see.

Early next week there will be a small meteor shower in the eastern sky. Again, this amazing sight will happen at night, but not quite so late. Just after dusk you will see many fiery trails as small rocks pelt down to our planet. Have no fear though, there is no risk of damage or death as the stones will burn up long before hitting ground.

Would you like to learn more about Astronomy and all that the stars can offer you? There is much magic to behold in our skies, all you have to do is seek it. Ask Skywize for more details and check back for future updates!

A note left on the board:

"The moon will come exceedingly close to the planet we all share tonight. You may notice some strange things as the gravity of the 2 celestial bodies tug against each other. Water levels will rise by as much as 2 feet in certain places. Women, this is the time to weigh yourselves, as you may find yourself weighing up to 15 pounds lighter tonight. There may even be the occasional floating cat.

There is nothing to fear from this occurance. Enjoy it while it lasts for it will be gone by morning, and may not occur again for a number of years.
