To accompany the flyers about the Carnivale celebration scattered around the city, there are now posters advertising the opening parade. February 20th, beginning at 8pm by the Eastern Clock, with a reviewing stand in the Marketplace. There are rumors of a contest for the best float, but those rumors have not been confirmed by anyone in a position of authority.
