Kalis-Nar, God-King of Athas, seeks merchants and traders for new business opportunities, he is opening a trade route from Athas to Rhy'din and back, he seeks to export iron, spices, textiles and obsidian, in exchange for water. He is willing to pay top price for this commodity which is rare, and more valuable than gold. He will only charge a 5 % tax fee on all goods shipped from and to athas. Merchants who accept this trade deal, will be granted all the rights and privilages of Merchant-Citizens on Athas, and may even open up their own trade houses and emporiums, though they will be charged extra land fees and trade licensing which will be no more than 10%, fixed rated.
