Much to the dismay of the students at Ravensheart academy, of course. The heavy drinker and childish mage would be teaching a class at this most impressive school. The only lessons he will be able to teach in reality is the value of running away, and this lesson does have merit of course. In this subject they could not have picked a better choice for a teacher on the subject of retreating, and lack of self control.

~ A drow, dressed in a long coat of flowing shadowsilk, notices the poster as he slips quietly through town. After asking around amongst the locals he heads off for the Southern Glen. Eventually he finds the residence of the one he seeks and he stops outside to slip a piece of parchment out of a hidden fold of his long coat. Unfolding the parchment he produces a pen out of another fold in his long coat. He spends a moment writing on the parchment and then folds it up again.
Reaching up with one hand to the holy symbol around his throat, the drow whispers a short prayer to the goddess Mystra and holds out the hand that grasps the parchment. He retracts his hand after a moment, releasing his grasp and the parchment hangs in the air where he had left it. He whispers a second prayer to ward the parchment against the vagaries of the weather and the influences of those the message was not intended for, releases his holy symbol, and then turns and heads back the way he came, leaving the message behind. ~

The message reads:
"Greetings Mage BlackCroft,
I am interested in leaning more of the art of spellcraft and inquire how one goes about the process of being accepted to take lessons at the RavensHeart Academy, I wondered if you could tell me more. A message left for me at the Red Dragon Inn will find me.
I also offer my congratulations on your appointment to the Academy and wish you many profitable years of teaching.
