~ A drow, swathed in a shadowsilk long coat and with his hood drawn up, approaches a blank wall and whispers a prayer to the goddess Eilistraee, he points his gloved finger at the wall and words composed of a strange silver fire that sheds no heat appear ~

"A red dragon recently attacked a lone traveller in the Southern Glen. Travellers in the area are advised to move with caution and keep one eye on the skies. Any person who holds knowledge of where this dragon may lair should speak to the drow known as Elandar or leave a message for him at the Red Dragon Inn. By the grace of Eilistraee this dragon shall be destroyed."

~ He takes a step back to survey the results and his hood shifts fractionally, suggesting a satisfied nod. After a moment he glances around and notes that many other posters and notices seem to be defaced so he murmers a second prayer and wards the message against tampering. He then vanishes into the shadows ~
