A new political essay is posted on the bulletin board near "Grievances over the Illegitimate State". It is in the same handwriting.

RhyDin,
I address you again as a concerned citizen, this time not to expound on the problems that await you in the illegitimately-founded and dangerous democracy of our city, but what government ought to be pursued.
One idea I have researched at length is the notion of 'consent to be governed' - that is, an organization may govern a nation if the people consent to be governed. The idea is fully applicable to a democracy, in that a democracy is founded by a majority of a nation's citizens who decide they ought to be governed, which is why our democracy is illegitimate. As democracy has been introduced to RhyDin unwanted and illegitimate, that route has been closed to us; in a non-democratic context, a tenet I call "acknowledgment of governance" replaces "consent to be governed."
Whatever way governance is carried out, the people who are governed must acknowledge they are governed in order for it to be effective, not necessarily willful creation or support of the government, but recognition that the government is legitimate and in power. In this way a people may strip power from a government they consider illegitimate, through the act of civil disobedience. By refusing to acknowledge the government and resisting the authority it attempts to exercise, people in many realms successfully topple illegitimate government - but these actions lie also within the sphere of "consent to be governed." Where acknowledgment is dominant over consent is in the creation of non-democratic government.
If RhyDin were to take the route of a monarchy, RhyDinians would first have to have an idea of what a suitable monarch is. I have my own notion of a suitable monarch after in-depth research, and I will share it with you:
1) One who comes from a noble family, in possession of one or more titles and aware of their significance
2) One who has political experience
3) One who, through noble background and experience, understands the proper conduct of nobility
Proper nobility has centuries or millennia of refining behind it - political experience has been passed from father to son, or mother to daughter, or whatever the case, for many generations, given that great time to establish for the family and among other nobles what the rules of nobility, the aforementioned proper conduct, ought to be.
I beg RhyDin to compare the leading choice in the primaries held in support of the illegitimate state founded by a minority, and compare that figure to one who has the above qualities, and if you find it in you to acknowledge a new throne, to ask for and be open to a willing lord or lady, wise in the ways of government, to wisely govern.
My call is also to the nobility of RhyDin. Have you any faith in your abilities, my strong recommendation is to gather, combine your wisdom, and jointly decide on a suitable means of government, with sensible titles and sensible choices for the lords and ladies who will hold them.
RhyDinian democracy was founded and is supported by a minority. If RhyDin would submit to government by minority, it should be an experienced and sensible minority.
Until our next correspondence, I remain,
Sincerely yours,
An Anonymous Ghost

Several readers were shocked to find the following graffiti scrawled over the body of one of the recent essays posted to the bulletin board:

A new essay is posted in the night, this one not handwritten, but printed. It is not posted over the vandalized essay, nor is it warded in the least - the graffiti is left as a reminder to any of noble stock who may read it.
