On the bulletin, in the middle of the night, appears this sign.
It is marked with a seal: a pentacle, entwined with a crescent moon, marked at the tips of the pentacle by five different-colored stones. It reads thus:
"To any and all that would do evil in this city - be you so low as a back-alley thug waiting to rob a simple citizen of the few crowns they have, a slaver preying on the innocent for your profits, or a demon bent on the destruction of all that is good in this world - you have a new enemy.
To any that have need of us, no matter how small the deed, call on us.
To summon a Guardian: One only needs to bring a sheet of parchment (or paper, or anything else you can write upon that is flammable) with your request for aid written upon it to the fog patches located in one of the following places:
1. The ruin between the Temple to the Gods and the Temple of Divine Light.
2. Just outside the north end of the Ravensheart Academy Grounds.
3. The rocky stretch of shoreline southwest of the Scathachian Sanctuary.
4. The woods at the end of the northern road leading out of the Marketplace.
5. In the middle of WestEnd, just east of the Thompson Apartments.
Bring your request into the fog, onto the Seal of the Guardians that is identical to the one on this sign, and burn it until the words upon it are consumed and turned to ash. At the same time, speak your request aloud.
Follow these instructions and we will hear.
We will be waiting.
