Strolling through the place with a goofy beautiful bit of whistling he spotted the ballot. A few of the names on the list making him raise eyebrows and pout out his lips in realization. He felt out his pockets for something to write with, a 'come on, come on!' face until he'd found somehting, the only thing he had.
