Shortly after Natalie passed away Quinn got a tattoo in memorial. Quinn always loved saying how they would both be stars and there they are. In Quinn's mind the slightly higher star represents Natalie because she always felt Natalie was above her in many ways, but there was no ill will over this. Quinn had nothing but admiration and love for Natalie even when she was being a pesky little sister.

This is what Quinn's engagement ring looks like, for those who like visuals. Dean officially proposed in the Red Dragon Inn on Valentine's Day, and Quinn said yes. (Well, of course she said yes!) No wedding date has been set yet. (Sorry, Deangirls!)
