...isn't so itsy bitsy. At least, not in relation to most other spiders. This particular spider had a leg span of about ten inches, give or take... well, perhaps just give an inch or two. No one's bothered to sit down and measure the thing after all. He's a friendly little guy though, despite appearances. Fuzzy, exceedingly fuzzy, to the point that if he were to curl up into a little ball, you'd swear he was just a little kitten... of course when you touched him, he'd turn all eight of his beady eyes upon you, and flash those fangs of his at you. Just smiling though...really!
The green haired elf had found this spider quite some time ago at the Red Dragon Inn. Not suprising when you consider the other.. oddities that seem to be drawn to that place. A bigger than the norm spider wasn't really all that strange, not to her at least. Of course, it wasn't the safest place for a spider to be, so she kept putting him outside of the inn, but somehow, someway, he kept sneaking back in. This kept up until winter came... then of course, she couldn't throw him out anymore. Not in that cold! She wasn't cruel, and he wasn't doing any harm to anyone, so she simply gave up, and let him stay in the inn.
And that's where he's been since.
Still doing no harm though, just scuffling about in the rafters, spinning webs in the corners to catch tasty morsels of the non-human, non-elven, non-fae, non-vampire, non-dragon, non-etc. variety of course, he's too small to eat people...for now at least! So he sticks to the stray bug that gets caught in his webs... but that's not terribly appetizing. Probably one reason he can be seen scurrying about the kitchen on occasion, stealing food that had been left laying around carelessly. Though even he knows to stay away from the chained pot.
So if you see the fuzzy spider, be it when he's scurrying around the bar, swinging through the rafters, or fleeing from a certain blue haired fae, give him a wave!
He'd probably wave back, or even offer a smile.
