IN THE HIGH COURT OF THE WEST END JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF RHYDIN

Ali bin Raza al-Amat,
Fionna Grace Arens Helston al-Amat,
Petitioners

Case No.: 79642

DECREE OF DIVORCE

This matter came before the court on the 21st day of December, 2011, in the third age of Rhydin. It appears from the records of this action that a joint request for dissolution of marriage was filed by the Petitioners.

Petitioners have agreed and signed a written stipulation to the entry of this Decree.

It appears that the Petitioners were bona fide residents of the city of Rhydin and have been residents for more than six (6) weeks preceding the commencement of this action.

There are two minor children born to or adopted by the Parties. The names and dates of birth are: Lirssa Sarengrave al-Amat, date of birth unknown; Raza Tohias bin Ali al-Amat 09/29/2011. The wife is not now pregnant.

The court has jurisdiction to determine custody of any minor children pursuant to the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act, Rhydin Code Section 101-111-565, et seq. because Rhydin was the home city of the minor child/ren on the date of filing the Complaint. The court also has jurisdiction to determine child support.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED:

1. Decree. The bonds of matrimony now existing between the Petitioners are dissolved by mutual agreement, and the Petitioners are awarded an absolute decree of divorce.

2. Agreement. The parties have executed a Property Settlement Agreement and Child Care Plan, which settles all property, debt and child issues of the marriage. The Court incorporates the attached Property Settlement Agreement and Child Care Plan as the complete settlement of all issues of the marriage.
