Located in the heart of New Haven stands a three story building of polished obsidian. Windowless appearing to those outside, it stands as a garish eyesore during the day...but when the sun goes down, is when the black spot comes to life. Projectors positioned outside illuminate all four walls with images of the rave like parties taking place within. Pulsating lights and throbbing electric beats are hardly muffled from within.

The only break in the buildings exterior is around the front door. White brick surrounds polished black doors. The Club's logo done in polished gold as a proud display to the affluent nature of the majority of patrons.

The first floor is open and spacious to accommodate the revelers and intoxicated. The club's tag line in sight wherever one may looks.

Those seeking refreshment and relief from the cloistered press of bodies may venture to Ampersand's second floor. Here the walls are thicker to tone out the music from below, though unable to stop the vibration in the floor. Several private booths are available for patrons to sit and talk comfortably, while placing orders with the fully stocked kitchen towards the back of the space.
